Dr.Keiser and the staff have been nothing short of wonderful in the care of my dog. She was diagnosed with cancer last January and although given 3-10 months, is still doing amazing 14 months later. They have been there for us, with sincere care and concern for both my dog and myself. Grateful for all they continue to do for us both.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I had started my puppy's care at a "high end" vet in Tewksbury but was never happy there, my hairdresser actually referred me to Banfield and I am so happy she did. We saw Dr. Amy Keiser for Roxy's first visit and I think she is wonderful, in fact our whole experience was great from the moment we walked through the door.
I've beeen taking my dog here for over a year and they have screwed almost everything up from lying about wellness plan info to try and get more money out of people. They can't seem to write a prescription properly or even fax it in on time when the pharmacy has to make several phone calls to have it rewritten cause it wasent done correct in the first place and worst of all the have misdiagnosed my dog on 2 different occasions brushing sever symptoms off as normal dog behavior ( lucky was able to have it corrected at wignall... read more
