I will not be going back to the Banfield veterinary hospital in Reynoldsburg. I dropped her off to have her paw pad examined. The Dr that looked at her was not very knowledgeable it didn’t seem. When I arrived to pick her up she came out with Black looking stuff around her anal area. When I asked about it, I was told she pooped. It didn’t look like poop. On October , 2017 we brought our dog Zip to Banfield Hospital inside of Petsmart at the Northboro, MA location. Zip had an open wound on his front right paw that would not heal, was constantly getting infected and we were very concerned. Zip was checked in and we were told they would call us when he was ready. Very poor service. Always an issue with these people.
I lost my dog due to their negligence. Complete disregard for animals and the humans who love and are completely invested in them. I wish I could've seem the reviews when we got her 10 years ago and I would've never brought her to Banfield, she would still be alive. I am disgusted with Banfield and filled with grief over the loss of my best friend. READ THE REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE.
This place is an absolute joke I had an EMERGENCY with my dog today and I was told that I can not bring him in they were way too busy giving shots and they would NOT take care of my dog how disgusting is that what kind of vet conducts business like that ? I thought that's what I pay insurance for but I guess not I called them at 12:10 pm today they close at 4:00pmI will definitely be calling first thing in the morning and cancelling yourt insurance that only takes care of my dog when it's convenient for you ..... Recently my dog became seriously ill and I ended up bringing her in three consecutive days and having some really heart-wrenching decisions to make. Dr. Crauer, who ultimately performed surgery on my dog, went above in beyond in an effort to help us make the best decisions for our beloved pet, even taking x-rays that I was not charged for to help make a better diagnosis. They took really good care of my dog when I took her in. But I only signed up for the puppy one year plan. I forgot after that year they get you by automatically renewing you for the adult plan. When I called to cancel they said they could only give me back a months payment back even though I never used the adult plan and didn't want it. If anyone else gets the puppy plan then remember to keep an eye out to cancel before the renew and screw you over too with the adult plan. Not happy.
Very thorough staff and took their time with me and my dog.
