All the staff at Banfield on 7th and Bell go out if their way to help Ginger. They talk lovingly to her and make sure she is comfortable when she goes there.
Love Dr Gryl! Took my fur baby Rufus in for his neuter, bloodwork came back a bit elevated so Dr Gryl called to say they could still do it, but she wouldn't if it was her baby. I love how much she & the staff care about the animals, everyone always hugs Rufus & gives him love. He actually enjoys coming in!
Love it here my dog was sick and they said they couldn't see him till the next day but then called me a half hour later and said I could bring him in now and I just thought that was awesome 👏🏼
Have had my cats on their ins for a LONG time. My cat was just seen Monday night for her follow up. Still having issues so I call to find out price estimate under her plan for exactly what the vet said she'd need next. Well guess what. They don't give the price estimate over the phone anymore. Just that the plan covers urinalysis and others are 20% off. Hello??!! It doesn't cover the culture fully! Already talked to the vet Monday night. I just need a freaking price. Our appointment was at 10:15 am. We walked in at 10:20 am. After she got off phone and asked me who we were. She then asks Dr if they can see me. They say I have to wait because I am late. So we get to sit here until 11am. How many times have I waited for you? I dislike this place.
They take really great care of lil Cody. The staff is friendly and they always call to remind me of appointments, when Cody is having something done like teeth cleaning or X-rays they let me know how he is afterwards, or they follow up to make sure he doing ok. I've never had an issue.
