WE LOVE THEM WE HAVE A WELLNESS PLAN FOR OUR DOG TANK AND OUR CAT STARDUST THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY THE WHOLE STAFF IN FORMATIVE AND VERY LOVING WITH OUR PETS . VALERIE MCNALLY IS VERY SWEET AND INFORMATIVE WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS WE ASKED WE HAVE HAD ALL OF OUR ANIMALS ENROLLED THROUGH OUT THE LAST 10 YEARS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Just had to do one of the hardest things a pet owner has to do- put my 15 year old friend to sleep today. As hard as it was I have to say that the staff there today was amazing. They were sympathetic and compassionate and made the experience a little less painful. Thank you ladies...Kosmo is in a better place...
I love Banfield, even though they told me my chi is obese , they really care for your pets. My chi has been eating to many treats so now we know at 8 lbs she needs to cut back, they have her best interest at heart, love all the vet's and the vet tech's . Thanks for being so great with our fur babies.
Dr. Lore and each tech we've had interaction with has been wonderful to our Westie, 'Daisy', and to us We love Dr. Lore and appreciate her expertise as well as her genuine love & concern for our pup
