Up sold me an adult plan for my kitten because she had tartar on her teeth. I took her back to get her teeth cleaned and they called to say she had a cracked tooth and needed an extraction. A couple hours later they called back and said she did NOT even need her teeth cleaned.They had the wrong cat! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I feel like I was ripped off. I've called four times and left messages and the manager will not cal me back..... BEWARE!

Very clean and pleasant and caring place to take your pet
Always so friendly and helpful. Mitzy loves them too! They treat us both very well and nothing feels better than knowing my girl is taken care of by people who enjoy having her around while keeping her healthy. Some places make you feel like a burden when they are busy, but every time without fail my questions are never rushed and everything is throughly explained to me. They also always have a kind thing to say about Mitzy, which makes Mommy feel proud!
