Never answer the phone.. Called All day and says to press "3" to leave a message, but if you press "3" it starts the message all over again. bad customer service, I called Pet's Mart and was told "They're Busy"? THEN LET ME LEAVE A MESSAGE!!!
They didn't know what to do to help a stray that was brought to them on 8/5. Matted, smelling horrible and filthy...it was obvious what help was needed to the hundreds of people who saw the post of facebook, but trained professionals did NOTHING. I guess the poor pup didn't have enough cash on him for a shave down and a bath to start with. Maybe a $2 can of food from PetSmart right next door? Don't worry good corporate citizens called the Police and the SPCA who took him into THEIR care
Their lack of sympathy for an abandoned dog brought to their facility .Its all about the Benjamins right ?
The wouldn’t treat a dumped dog that was brought into them. Shows what they think of animals.
RecommendedFantastic and caring staff! We have been part of Banfield for 14+ years with our dog that we lost a little over a week ago. We are in the process of adopting two dogs now, and we know that Banfield will give them amazing care and us support with our new family members.

Have never really needed my dogs pet plan for anything except for check ups. Have been happy with banfield until today. Had an “emergency” since my poor dog has a sore on his neck that came out of no where! It’s getting bigger throughout the day with oozing and bleeding. After looking everywhere online I believe it is a “hot spot”. Called banfield to see if I can bring my dog in sooner rather than later since it is now taking up his whole neck with excessive discharge and was told they can’t see him for TWO WEEKS!
