We went here for 13 years. Never again. They are nothing but a corporate turnstile whose mission is to overbook their appointments to make as much money as they can. I'm sure the doctors care, but if you have an emergency or you're trying to good deed (like rescuing a kitten) they'll deny you at the door. Please search out a local veterinarian because I bet they'll be there for you and your pet while Banfield is just counting money and cashing checks.
The vets and techs are caring and compassionate about my pets. I have always hada good experience. I'd like to thank banfield for having such caing people.
Can't say enough good things about Banfield! They care for my pet as if he were one of their own. Been there numerous times for comprehensive physicals and teeth cleanings and he always does just fine.
Very welcoming and the vet really loves her job. Definitely a great place to take your pet.
