You did not help my dog at all but I'm glad you made your money.
800dollars for lab work x-ray then surgery and they didn't even tell me what was the real problem. I am not a happy customer. I might go to a diffrent vet i would nor reccommend banfield for your pet their plan is awful!
I love Banfield and their staff. We have been using their wellness plan for a couple of years now, and it has been worth every penny. Every time we go the staff is so professional, compassionate, and wonderful. No matter the reason we went in, I know I can always expect a phone call the next day to check in on my dog. Because there is so much covered under the wellness plan, I actually save money throughout the year. I would definitely recommend the wellness plan and the staff at banfield to anyone!
