Generally this office is a group of nice people who don’t communicate well and seem like they have to argue a lot and get defensive. I dropped my dog off at 11 because he was limping. I hadn’t heard anything as of 5:15. I called in and was told my dog would be getting two prescriptions- I asked what was actually going on with him and got some info but was told I could talk to the vet when I got there. Well apparently my dog Otis was almost not seen today because the manager disagrees with my spouses opinion on their policies. Once the year I have paid for is up I assure you we will not be back or recommend unless they get some competent management in there and trim the fat of there dead weight manager.
I am extremely disappointed with this Banfield location. I’ve never had such terrible experiences with any other Banfield offices like I have with this one in the 20 years I’ve used this company across the country. They offer no one on one service, they do not offer any personalized services for your pets and interact very little with pet owners.
