Todays experience was such a mix of good and bad. While Sarah was amazing Ashley is the absolute worst. She’s a ball of attitude problems with a mix of racial profiling. It took everything in me to not go off on her when attempting to get her information to report to corporate. I’ve never been so harshly profiled and told to find service somewhere else before. zero stars. I took my dog here today. The place stinks horribly. They don’t allow check-in until your appt time even if no one else is there. I expect to be seen at my appointment time. My time is as valuable as theirs. I’ll just skip to the next thing that made me livid. When the vet finally appeared, she was an absolute witch!! Did not speak to either me or my dog. Banfield has cared for our dogs for years. Always pleased with attention and care that dogs received.
Good competent caring staff. We are endeavouring to return our dog back to Australia. We have now started the process with bloodwork and updating vaccinations. We have been trying to start the export procedures since the end of November, when we were in Johnson City, Tennessee. It is only since we have gotten to Jackson, Mississippi, that any animal hospital has been willing to help us.
