Exceptional customer service. The veterinarian spent more time with my cat than some doctors actually spend with people during a sick visit. The vets have an excellent rapport with the animals and their owners. The facility is exceptionally clean and modern. If you have the pet insurance, prices are unbelievably reasonable. I whole heartedly recommend them for all your veterinary needs.
Dr. Acevedo is the best! And the front desk girl Jess is so nice and sweet, the vet tech/assistant Will is so funny! Thank you guys xo.
Dr whitehouse. Is the best. Even though there might be times you have to wait a little bit more I still believe they have a good wellness plan at good price. Checkout other pet insurance they ask you to pay up front when everyone doesn't have that money and then to get remimbursed.
This time I was in & outta there no problem. It was only a follow up maybe that's why But I have been there when it was crowded 😠
If you find the right veternarian, Banfield can be a great place to take your pet. Dr. Whitehouse is exceptional. The staff is usually great. A few of the front desk people are very good. The wait can be long, but for the right vet, it is worth it.
