This people are ridiculous. They lost the sample of my dog ear swab and I got to take her back to redo it. I waited a month and for the results and after me calling numerous times I received a message from the dr saying to take her back that they will do it again because they were having problems with the lab( she said they will do it for free). I came back just so the can get another sample and they charge me for the visit. The Dr even told me she didn’t even check her ears so how I am getting charge for something they didn... read more
We were told that there was a complimentary visit by Pet Smart. There was suppose to be a card at the entrance of the Union location. There was non, we declined services and are still being billed. Very unhappy.
