I made an appointment to bring my dog in at 2:00 because she has an injured foot. I was sent an email to confirm my appointment and put the address from the email (which is the same on on this Facebook page) into my Google Maps. I am a nurse and work countless hours at the hospital specially during COVID19. I called to request my pet ear drops for his ear infection and they stated that they have to see my dog first which I understand but this is a time of war and no one has extra 50 dólars or time to spend other than working with patients specially us nurses. We will no longer be using Banfield Pet Hospital any longer. I have received a second and third opinion from other Veterinarians. The incompetent veterinarian staff at Banfield Grand Prairie did not do their jobs and are the reason my 14 year old Rat Terrier Tracy is indeed blind in her right eye!
