They don't deserve 1 star! Terrible place and the manager Christine does not care enough to take action. I called corporate and they had Christine call me, she's one of the people I complained about. They are rude and do not care about you or your pet. Don't waste your time or money at this place!
Terrible. Awful experience for our first time at this location. Just save yourself the frustration and worrying about your pet and go to another location.
hate hate hate this place....dr Kate Lawrie didn't even see our foster kittens and charged us for a visit. Is this the way you get paid dr? Because it sure isn't the way to keep clients. Rude, late...bad bad bad bad bad
Do not get suckered into their "pet plan". It's near impossible to cancel and they will continue to charge your credit card until you force them to send you written documentation.
