Several years ago Banfield saved my precious kitty who we thought we were losing. Turned out she was diabetic and the whole staff stayed an extra hour and a half to ensure that we knew exactly how to care for her. She lived for years after that, including beating diabetes! She was on a Wellness plan which was fantastic due to all the appointments she had over the years. Now our pup has a Wellness Plan. I love the preventative care aspect of it. It’s better to catch a problem early than catch it too late. We love Banfield!
Made an online appointment for today at noon, it was confirmed by both email AND phone. Then when we arrived with my cat, we were told that there was no appointment, and no record of the appointment request. Don't waste your time with this place, they truly do not care. There was no consideration, the girl at the desk was rude and unhelpful. Just terrible customer service all around. PetSmart as a whole has lost a life long customer.
