I commented elsewhere. Their insurance is a scam.
They take on too many dogs 🐕 with to little staff. Hard to get appt.s long waits. Will go to VCA after this years membership ends.
if you have Management like CHRISTINA working there find somewhere else to go. She probably doesn't respect our dogs either.
