We have taken our dog here for 6 years and it was great to start with but the last two years have been awful. Will no longer take our dog here and unless you want to be treated like a number who spends money at their clinic don't take your animals here.

Absolutely, DO NOT take any of your animals here. Highly unprofessional and DANGEROUS! They wouldn't let us in the room to begin with. Then I heard these screams and yells from my dog I've never heard before. I go look and there's 4 nurses holding down my dog and one squeezing her mouth shut with her hand with my dog having a mussle on as well. Then the "Doctor" was trying to take blood from my dog. Not hire employees that are Thieves. Logan Bane stole approximately $600 from previous employer. he also stole from his previous 80+ year old landlord who let him live rent free.
Had my little Chico at the hospital today thinking I was going to have to say good bye. they gave me hope and spent a lot of time with chico. I always had a great relationship with my veterinarians in Illinois so it was nerve wrecking going somewhere new but I was very happy with Dr. Vaduva and her staff this mornings. Chico is resting he ate for me and took his medication like a good boy. Thank you for giving me more time with my little boy.

My dog was misdiagnosed this week at the Clive loacation. Said he had loose teeth and that's why he was bleeding. Turns out he had ingested something that made him very sick. After a follow up call I watched my 18 week old dog slip away slowly, took him to another vet that diagnosed him correctly in about 10 seconds. Beyond disgusted with this clinic. Will never be back.
First visit was great! My cats were treated fabulous and everything was explained to me clearly. I really like their wellness plan it's very affordable!
