I cannot spread the word enough NOT to go through Banfield for your pet’s vet care. I have tried two different locations and both were just as disappointing as the one before. If your pet is sick...dont count on them to get you in to be seen. Also-my dog was examined numerous times since we first brought her to banfield since may and they did not pick up on what was an obvious physical complication of our now 6month old puppy. The staff at banfield in northborough is absolutely amazing. They were so phenomenal to my lou right up until his last day and i will never go to another vet. Their wellness plan is awesome, the entire staff cares soooo much about all the pets who go there and getting an appointment is so easy; the longest we had to wait for an appointment was a day. I recommend banfield to every pet parent i know and they are my forever vet. Thank you, ladies, for being so awesome to my baby �
If your dog needs medical help/attention I advise everyone to go elsewhere. These corporate vet offices don't have the same compassion and do not put their time/effort into diagnosing dogs . Misdiagnosed my dog every time I went . Misdiagnosed the fact my dog has cancer!!! Thank you Banfield .. Brought him elsewhere to a smaller vet and got told the truth ! Terrible terrible place medically .. Highly advise pet owners to go elsewhere . Very dry and not empathetic at all. Not happy !!!!
