It's always been a good experience with my dog Winnie. The only bad part is that you keep referencing my ex, who has not lived with me or had anything to do with Winnie for over 6 years. If you look at your records, you'll see that I'm the one who always picks up and pays for Winnie's care. Your clinic has said it would remove my ex but this has not happened. What can I do to stop this?
The service is friendly. Often feels like they try and oversell you on everything. My cat is a male but everytime I come they call him she, which makes me question their attention to detail
