Holy shit. This place is unlawful. I brought my cat in for a simple dental cleaning and they said he needed to be put under anesthesia to take xrays. Immediately the vet brought out a pamphlet for their wellness plan for a full year to afford the treatment. I wanted to take good care of my cat and I put my trust into them. While under anesthesia, they called me and said they need to pull his tooth. I got a weird feeling and I denied to, thank god. Avoid this place. They don't care about your pet. They only care about how much they can charge. Front desk members are rude and unprofessional. Don't buy their wellness plans. Cancelation is a headache.
The entire wellness plan is a scam. Horrible service and care.
They diagnosed and began treatment quickly for my puppy that parvo. They were able to start meds and contact an emergency vet to have her transferred for the night
All the staff has been amazing with Bicho (my cat), from the assistants and receptionists to the doctors. They’ve all been incredibly kind and supportive, even though he’s not in the best health—and quite noisy, haha!
