RecommendedThe wellness plans are amazing! They help keep up on my pet's preventative care on a timely manner. It allows me to make monthly payments and even allows me to drop my pet off on my way to work for her shots and dental cleaning and I can pick her up on the way home! Talk about a major convenience!!
(Holland) Not only are they affordable but they really care about your furbaby and you. I had the early care package for my pitbull puppy and she loved going there and they made sure she had any and all medications she needed. When my girl was taken by traffic, they were so sypathetic and even sent a card, individually signed by the staff. I'll be going back for my other two babies very soon.
I didn't know that this place existed until we adopted our cat, and they gave us a free visit here for doing so. My whole appointment took less than an hour, and all of the staff were super nice, and were very apologetic when they felt that they took a long time to get to us, (even though they really didn't). Everyone was so nice to our kitty, and the vet answered all of my questions and more. Literally every time we have an appointment it is delayed at least half an hour to an hour. If you know the doctors are backed up, just call me! My dogs are already anxious. The last thing I need is standing around for half and hour+.
Yesterday took my furbaby up to get her shots they were so good with her and with us. Definitely found a great vet
I would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is terrible. Nobody knows what they are doing. They also double charge you for their wellness plan. I paid twice this month but don't worry they gave me a discount instead of just giving me my money back. I am going to terminate my wellness plan and find a real vet. Absolutely terrible. Not worth your trouble.
My dog and I both LOVE this place. Always so friendly and prompt!!! If I could give it a higher rating I would.
