Too my dog to be checked and I was amazed how Melissa and and Nguyen took care of Heta my dog. Usually my dog gets over excited but she was calm and actually listens to instructions LOL.
Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. We've taken multiple pets to Banfield over the years and had awesome service until Dr. Martinelli left. Since then this place has gone downhill FAST! Staff seem like they're only there to collect a paycheck and customer service is at an all time low. It is rare for things go smoothly with them. Even if it's as simple as picking up an rx. Very unfortunate.
I will never bring my dogs back here again. The dr. was rude and was clearly only concerned about money and not my dog. The assistant was helpful and pleasant but this was my first and last visit to this place. I wish I could give the zero stars.
