Always friendly. I know people have complained about them “pushing” pet insurance, but that’s their job and we have it on our little one. It’s saved quite a bit. We have an elder dog that is nearing the rainbow and they were so very kind, as I was upset to learn he has cancer and all we can do is make him comfortable when it begins to progress. Cathy actually cried with me. Love you all!!!

We go to the Banfield on Willow Pass Rd in Concord and it is a great comfort to know Banfield is there when my Lulu needs medical assistance or her anal gland expressed - the people are so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thank you!
