ALMOST MADE MY DOG DIE BECAUSE THEIR LACK OF INTELLIGENCE. TOLD ME IT WAS ALLERGIES WHEN HE HAD SEVERE PNEUMONIA.
This is the second time in a row that I have called the James Island situation for an urgent issue for our pet, and I have been told Sorry, we can't see you for 6 days. In the event of an emergency, drop-off services should be an option when you are a monthly subscriber. Now I have to get to an emergency vet and spend more money on her.
NEVER THE SAME VET!!! I’ve had a couple of great ones but they are never there the next time we visit. I don’t know whether it’s a salary issue, a management problem or what. I stay bc of the monthly plan, it’s convenient in that regard.
