MY ELDERLY MOTHER was charged $150+ for yearly shots and check up 2 weeks ago (which I/she was fine with)...had to go back today to get second booster dose of lime disease shot and was charged the cost of the shot (which I/she was fine with) and additional $55 office visit...GUESS ITS TIME TO FIND A NEW VET!
DO NOT MESS WITH MY CAT! I care more about my cat than I do most people...and you just hit my last nerve. Banfield Pet Hospital I had to call Pet Smart just to find out that it's 'hit or miss' on if you are open or not these days because you can't keep vets. After giving you chance after chance to get your crap together...I'm done. I went to another vet clinic. You just lost my business and the business of anyone I know who I could have referred. I will be contacting your HQ to provide all of my feedback.
I have a 5 year old English bulldog and a 5 month old pug...Both of my fur babies love going there! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! :)
I've had the pleasure of having Dr. Skeffington as a vet for my precious animals for 5 years. I travel 100 miles round trip to see her for my pets every 2-3 months. I drive the extra miles to see her just as she goes the extra mile to treat my four legged family members. She cares for the medical needs for them and the emotional needs for us. A true asset to Banfield, thank you Megan for understanding the needs of the animals and their owners
Love all the staff....they are the best, really caring and I definitely appreciate all that they do for my dogs I would recommend them to anyone who has an animal
