For the past ten years I have depended on Banfield for all my veterinary needs (4 dogs). Recently one of my dogs was acting very strange...I called three Banfield locations with no appointments available in the near future.. I could not believe this..if the demand for services or so great it's time to regroup and hire more staff...Hurt and Disappointed in Garner NC
My poor dog is not good I've been coming to this place for more than 13 years today no appointment, no doctor only 1 are you kidding me really disappointed of this Banfield Today if you have a doctor on a maternity leave you should hire someone else with time!!!!
Anyone who has a dog should NEVER use Banfield vet clinic inside Petsmart on Timber Dr in Garner. My sweet Bella has been throwing up every 30min since Tuesday. Everyday I have taken her there and been told something different and everyday she's gotten worse. After I tried to get them to help today I was told to bring her in to redo more testing that they did each day and basically told they could care less if she's suffering.
