RecommendedSaturday evening my dog got a big 2cm splinter in his paw. We tried to get it out several times with no luck. I found out that Banfield in Sanford is closed right now on Sundays (COVID-19) and had scheduled an appointment for Monday in Apex since it was the first appointment at any Banfield I could find available. I have too many examples to share to explain just how much I love this place. The techs are amazing, we LOVE Dr. Mason, our dog's life was saved by them, and they work with me on how I can save money. I cannot thank them enough for everything they've done. I will recommend them to everyone. �
2 weeks ago they treated my dog for uterine infection charging me for urine analysis and prescription. lots of money. said to come back to see how my dog was doing. tried to charge me AGAIN another $60+ to see how success doing and another urine analysis. they shouldn't charge me to see if their meds and diagnosis worked
My experience with the vet Mark Henderson was absolutely horrific, he did not inform me of all the costs of what was going to be done to my pet. When I questioned the exorbitant rates the vet in question Mark Henderson came out and berated, physically threatened me and told me to pay and then get out. I will never go back to that location again probably never Banfield again. The office staff behind the desk however, the ladies and Emily were fine.
