The wellness plan is awful! Pet has been passed away 6 months and they are still charging me. The plan renewed in January my dog died in April they have charged me 300 more dollars. FYI i paid over 1,000 on the days of treatment. THERE IS NO DISCOUNT. Payments on day of are the same as you would pay at any other vet. In some cases the cost with the discount is more. This place is why people need to give there animals up because they cant afford them.
Lots of paperwork, but good care at this location. I am pleased with my pet's care and look forward to having many more years of play with my dogs.
I have been taking my babies to Banfield and Dr Perry for for ever it seems. Dr Perry is excellent. She truly cares about your babies and she cares about you . The staff has been great too. They were all such comfort when my baby Magellan died. Now my son and his wife take their babies to Dr Perry and Banfield.
I don’t care what vet you know, there will never be one as caring for animals and people as Dr. Perry. She honestly cares about her job and the pets that are brought in. The vet tech staff are just as passionate. They all love and care for animals. Dr Perrry has been my vet thru Lady girl (my last rotty that died with cancer. To the girl that called to confirm my dogs appointment on Monday; news flash - dogs cannot drive themselves! They cannot control their human owners' issues. I got 2 words out to say I couldn't confirm it today and she hung up on me. Seriously. I can stand at your counter and watch a dog get dropped off and groomed and picked up in the amount of time it take to check in or check out at your counter. They were so busy with appointments but took the time to go over the health of our new kitten! Then made sure to make time to call me as soon as they had the test results in shortly after we left so we would know if she could be socialized with our other pets! Very happy with their service!
We've been coming here for YEARS and always make sure Dr. Perry looks over our babies. We lost a fur baby on Wednesday and Dr. Perry took the time to call and speak with us, and check in on us. You truly can't find another vet like her. We will never go anywhere else. Dr. Perry and staff, you guys are all truly amazing people! Our family loves y'all so much!
