Explain to me how you can have an appointment for an emergency? We have sunk a ridiculous amount of money into this poor excuse for a vet's office. Short answer is you can't, they give half a** exams and you can only be seen if you have an appointment. Needless to say, you got the last dollar you ever will from us and I will make sure that I tell everyone I know who has a pet to stop support this poor excuse for a vet. They are awesome. Thought my pug was on his last legs. With Banfield, Duke has a new lease on life!
People there is fantastic. They remember my pets names and mine. Had to put three of mine down due to illnesses. I use dr walker. She is great and really pays attention to what is going on with.my pets.been with banfield since 2003. I have three more pets I love thier pavkage for dogs and cats tp be taken care of
