Do youself a favor and find an honest Vet. I took my dog in for just her $29 booster shot and they charged another $50 for an office visit that she just had 3 wks ago.

So Banfield doctor recommended I take my dog specialist. My dog has been going to the specialist. I call Banfield to cancel. I was told how much it would be to cancel $318 the difference for the cost of my one and only visit. Can't pay with my care credit over the phon OK fine I understand. I call the local Banfield where I took my dog. Sure you can cancel and use your care credit but the cost is $375. I ask why so I'm told I have to pay out the 8 months left on my plan. I go to the Niagara Falls Blvd site in Amherst, NY. My Veterinarian is Dr. Sood he is wonderful. My dog has Cushings disease and we have managed it well. One day my poor dog cried and couldn't get up onto her back legs. My boyfriend went into the bedroom to place a call to have her euthanized as we decided when she started having too much pain that was our plan. He didn't want me to have to do it. Prescribe unnecessary antibiotics and convinced my son necessary to buy 3 different drugs when no Bacterial infection. Rice, chicken and Probiotics or $179 bill! They should be ashamed of themselves! Non cooperative and not customer oriented. They should open a used car shop!
