Dropped dog off at 7:15 for a routine checkup and it's literally been going on 9 hours and they still haven't finished with her. I understand that critical dogs get priority over drop offs but when you schedule an appointment in advance you expect at least a reasonable time frame for the job to be done. My dog isn't a fan of being locked up at the vet as it is but adding all this time to what should have been a couple of hours is uncalled for. Even before our appt, Sarah at the front desk kept an eye on when our puppy wellness plan became active to set up and appt asap for our initial exam. well Pup had an allergic reaction to a vaccine and they took great care of him (by him I mean us) even called to check up on us today. Have nothing but great things to say and am so comfortable trusting Banfield with my dog.
I want to thank Dr. Lindsey Brown and Sarah and all the staff of the Mt. Juliet Banfield for the compassion and care they showed when we had to say goodbye to our sweet Miss Maisie. I could not ask for better caregivers for my fur babies.
