They literally saved my 10 week old puppy from parvo. They had a wonderful plan of action. My Charlie is alive and well because of the amazing staff and doctors!

Employees are normally friendly and mostly helpful. However, today, I stopped in to make a purchase and was told they do not sell tick protection for dogs. The receptionist pointed me toward the massive pet supply store and said "good luck". I pointed out that they sold me a collar last year and he became argumentative. I explained I would be dropping my pup's wellness plan and taking my business elsewhere. Maybe the thousands of dollars don't matter to Banfield. However, I'm sure another business will happily meet our needs
Today was a #PROUDMOMMY moment :) this was my pits first dr visit and im here to tell u i was more nervous then she was lol , its just me and her 24/7 so i knew it was goin to be a challenge with the social part of it but once i got in there she warmed up to the staff the very first hello .... each and everyone of the staff was so friendly my baby felt 100% comfortable and tht alone won me over !!! Thank u so very much :)
