The staff is great. We have used Banfield for a few years and have never had any complaints. They take great care of our pets and referred us to experts when they needed help. However our most recent experience will be our last. Three weeks ago we went in for our bi-yearly appointment. The vet told us that our dog’s lab values had gotten better over the last year and gave us a clean bill of health. We renewed our yearly wellness plan for about $475. Dr. Barker is always very kind to my overly anxious cat. Very loving and patient. Explains everything in detail and offers advice if I have questions.
The stafd is always friendly and helpful. Explanations are provided for every exam, procedure(s), labs, etc. It’s easy to make an appointment and I appreciate the care provided for my dog.
Best employees hands down! They are so attentive to us & our pets needs & concerns! I love them!
The Dr's and Staff are always helpful and kind with both our pets. They are quick to answer questions and gets us in if we need to be seen. Thanks for Taking Such great care of our puppies �
Do not do the wellness plan. It’s a joke!!! They will definitely find a way to charge you more. And don’t be 5 minutes! They will cancel your appointment for sure!! Terrible service!
