Great experience The doctors at this hospital are very good. I feel very confident in their ability to treat my animals. Dr. Minson is a very good exotics vet and will see just about anything. He is very knowledgable of natural habitats of exotic species and can guide you well with taking care of your pet at home. The staff is great. We have used Banfield for a few years and have never had any complaints. They take great care of our pets and referred us to experts when they needed help. However our most recent experience will be our last. Three weeks ago we went in for our bi-yearly appointment. The vet told us that our dog’s lab values had gotten better over the last year and gave us a clean bill of health. We renewed our yearly wellness plan for about $475. Dr. Barker is always very kind to my overly anxious cat. Very loving and patient. Explains everything in detail and offers advice if I have questions.
The stafd is always friendly and helpful. Explanations are provided for every exam, procedure(s), labs, etc. It’s easy to make an appointment and I appreciate the care provided for my dog.
Best employees hands down! They are so attentive to us & our pets needs & concerns! I love them!
