I love how they treat our fur babies but it’s so dang hot in there!
I’ve been taking my older cat to Banfield for over two years now and they’ve always done a great job with her. She has a medical condition and they make sure I understand everything going on with her and answer all of my worried pet parent questions. On top of that they call to check-up on her after appointments especially if she’s started a new medication and double check that I don’t have any questions. They were good to my baby boy! He hasn't been to the vet in awhile so they handled it well. Loved his new vet and they were good at explaining what they were doing and after care at home.
Absolutely love the people who work here and take care of my babies. They always go above and beyond to make sure my babies are okay.
