Terrible Experience. I took my dog in for recurring issues with dermatitis. I was told that they could do a basic exam, skin press, skin scrape and they would clean the wound afterward. Expected appointment time: 4-6hours Actual Appointment time 9.5 hours 9.5 hours later - They did not do the skin press/scrape, or call to advise of this. They prescribed an antibiotic and could not give a straight answer how they diagnosed that this antibiotic was needed. I was told they looked at the skin and thought it *might* be bacter... read more
Garbage, they care nothing for your pet or you as a person/customer. Was a client for 2 years and am leaving due to the employee named Amber who claimed she was the highest manager of this location and how she treated my dog and myself. Very unhelpful in anyway, refused to give me a corporate number, refused to give me manager information or leave my information for a call back, refused to help find an appointment for my dog with severe swelling, refused to offer any advice or tips on how to help till an appointment could be... read more

Very professional, very warm and friendly. I instantly felt welcome and that my cat and I would have a long relationship with the Vet , technicians and the rest of the team here. The service was punctual, The vet and technician spent extra time with me to ensure my cat felt settled and not spooked in anyway .
