RecommendedWe've taken our dogs here for years now. We've done doggy daycare and over night boarding multiple time. We don't have any complaints, they've always been marvelous. Last week we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies, and they were very helpful and kind with the entire process. There staff also sent a heart felt card signed by several staff members plus some of her paw prints. Our family thanks you for all of the good times and the hard times of letting her go. I've, had the wellness plan for years and they seem to keep going down in service and quality every time I take my cat in. They have a high turnover in staff is seems and they are not very competent. My cat has been throwing up for 2 weeks. I asked them the following. Blood work, Blood pressure and pedicure. I even paid 30 dollars to get medicine to make my cat more relaxed. Banfield has been the best possible hospital! I have taken Candee to Banfield for 10+ years and had the Wellness Plan, and it saved me thousands of dollars!! When we had to put my pup down a couple weeks ago, Dr. Smith, Meagan and Karen treated us as if we were family through the heartbreaking process and sent us a sweet card with a paw print as well. their staff varies so sometimes they're really great I've enjoyed the last few visits the staff are very nice and the wellness plans are great for my cat saves me a lot of money they have very convenient hours also but not all vets are the same and some years they have done better than others.
Don’t get caught in traffic because if you are late and call to let them know you will be late, your little 5 lb dog (who has been fasting) will not be able to have her procedure done because they are over crowded with sick dogs who were dropped off. They must make more money from the sick dogs than from those of us who pay our monthly fee to be taken care of.
I love Dr. Marchi, she is the best vet I've ever had for my "babies". She tells you is the best coarse of action for your pet. My cat has distemper and Dr. Marchi takes extra special care with her and that's why I love her.
Banfield Veterinarian Clinic in Sandy has some of the most compassionate people. Meagan was so sweet on Sunday and helped my daughter and I through a difficult situation. We had to euthanize our dog and had already visited another vet and had a horrible experience. Thank you Meagan! Your kindness is really appreciated! I wish we would have visited your clinic the first time around.
