My wife just got back from an appointment for our dog and had nothing but bad things to say about Dr. Fernandez, She told me that he was extremely rude and condescending. She said it felt like he was talking at her instead of with her. Not something I want to here about a service that I have to pay for. Ive been treated by garbage men better then how she described being treated. Overall, not a very good experience. I know for a fact he wouldn't have ran his mouth like that had it been another male in room.
This team has always been great. We have been with Banfield since our first Puppy appointment and have been on a plan since the Puppy plan. We have seen vets come and go over chewies 13 years and ALL have been fantastic. (We love being able to go to various locations as our life dictates). Dr. Haney is the best. Always cares for my pet like he is her own. The compassion of this team is clear and when Chewie needed a surgery and my doc couldn’t do it quickly she reached out to another location and they fit him in. They were e... read more
Fantastic experience! Totally exceeded my expectation of a franchise vet. The staff and Dr were all wonderful.
I have used Banfield for three of my pups… two are deceased….? Love the way they care for my pup and the services they provide for the cost of the insurance…
