The heavy set african American man at the front desk has a terrible attitude every single time. He will cut you off from speaking & provide false information in order to avoid doing his job. Get somebody else please!

One of my dogs had a severe allergic reaction to a medication due to the fact that his weight was logged at 70 pounds when he weighed 57 pounds. Banfield denies being responsible for my dog having to be taken to an emergency vet. After 16 years of being a loyal, trusting customer of Banfield, I feel annoyed, highly frustrated and uncomfortable with allowing my dogs to continue receiving care from there. Look at what my dog looked like before I rushed him to the emergency vet opposed to what he normally looks like. 💔💔🐾
No complaints at this time other than the wait time whenever you call. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU SCHEDULE DROP OFF ONLINE FOR THIS LOCATION NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU SELECT IT WILL BE AN 8:30 DROP OFF. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Vet, Dr. Floreani, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the visit today.
Called for advice or support for a medical emergency my cat who has been treated here for years. After being left on hold for over ten minutes to call back a told were closed nothing we can do. They do not care about pets.
