My two dogs are a part of their pet care program and one of the two has been for a couple of years. I called to get one dog in for a non life threatening issue but it is an issue that I believe can be spread to our other dog. The soonest they can see us is in three days. The girl on the phone was not compassionate at all. She said that I could call back later to see if there were any cancellations. They genuinely love our pets and take the time to explain things. Very friendly staff as well! I would highly recommend the insurance plan with any pet.
Professional and caring. They are always friendly and really care about giving your pets the best care available. They quickly figured out what was wrong with Gill. They are the best!
This is an awesome place. They referred me to an emergency clinic and helped me get there with my very sick baby. Had to put him to sleep and they called me the next day to check on him. They are wonderful people who really care about our babies...Thank you all so much....
