Thanks a lot (Not!) for sending my hard-to-catch cats home today with bandges wrapped around their hind legs. In the almost 10 years of them coming there, you all have never done that. I explained when I came how difficult it is to get them there. I now have to figure out how to get the wraps off when it will probably be a few days before they let me near them. I am very unhappy with your service today.
