Pepper has had his Healthcare with Banfield West Chester for 11 years. He is still going strong at 12.5 years old!!! He loves the girls who handle him and has come to know them. My wife and I have brought our newest rescue to their office too...This is a true testament of how great this Vet office is and one can shop for your pet all at the same place!!! They not only take care of your pet, but they also comfort your anxieties too...
I have been with Banfield for 9 years and have never had an issue with them. I got my dog speed fixed and it was covered 100%. I just got a new addition to my family, Chester (dog) and I put him on the wellness plan without a doubt. I would recommend Banfield to my friends. Thank you Banfield.
Very disappointed in this place. The vet was more interested in selling me the wellness plan than examing my dog. Markup on products and services is ridiculous. Will be finding another vet that is NOT a chain. To some people our pets are our kids. You as the vet professional should know that and we should be treated as such. Will not be going back and will let everyone know about the poor service
The doctors/staff have done a nice job for 2yrs now for are dog hilo pronounced hee low. Anyone with pets knows it can be costly when it comes to health I highly recommend the wellness plan. So far so good. :)
Great service, they discuss any additional fees BEFORE procedures and check ups with the wellness plan. I have been a customer over 10 years and love the Vets and Vet Techs there. They take great care or our dog Kipper!
They tell you that the spay is included in the wellness plan, but what what they don't tell you is when you pet comes to get spayed there are additional fees. They should have told me that when I made my appointment!!! Not happy.
