RecommendedYesterday was a heartbreaking day for my family. Our beloved fur baby Emma was diagnosed with kidney failure. The staff at Banfield were so kind and helpful when we had to make the devastating decision to euthanize her. The dr was very supportive and looked so heartbroken to have to help us out her to rest. The receptionist was very empathetic as she gave us our options on what to do with my Emma after she had passed. TOTAL RIP-OFF!! You are better off going to a local veterinarian because they will make up stuff wrong with your dog and then charge you out the you-know-where! :(
Doctor Nowlin is amazing! We have taken all 4 of our fur babies to her and I would never go anywhere else! Staff is amazing! Only place I trust with my fur kids!
Very caring staff. Received a follow up call today to check on how my pet was doing.
They had taken care of our Callie for almost 11 years!! We never felt she was mistreated . We recently had to make the hard choice to let her go.. They were wonderful with the process.. Today we received a card from them with her footprints and wonderful card signed by the staff..We will continue to use them with our other furbaby! She has also been well taken car of! Thank you to the staff, for all you did to help us keep our sweet Callie for 101/2 years..
I'm always impressed by the friendly staff and amazing doctors.
