Horrible experience in this location! Megan shouldn’t work with people and they don’t care about animals or peoples time. I will be spending my hard earned money at a local pet hospital and not this corporate chain. Terrible doctors, terrible nurses, just awful! Bring your fur babies to local pet hospitals. They are all about making money and don’t give to craps. Normally don’t complain but in this case I promise I will tell everyone I know about the real side of this place. been taking my fur baby there since he was 5 week old he 2 year old never had any problem love it there
The staff are always so nice and treat our pets great!
My Dog was there yesterday for surgery they did a good job he’s much better today
Banfield called me to tell me how much the prescription for my dog would be, I thought she said $24.00, when I went to pay for it it was $249. Plus tax. Shame on me for paying it. Called to speak to the Manager Wednesday, not in until Friday. It is now Monday November 27, 2017 and still no return call from manager. This is price gouging at it’s best! I understand they have to make money but this is ridiculous. I will definitely price shop next time for prescriptions.
They are super friendly & great with the dogs. I have recommended to some of my friends .
They took really good care of my kittie today and was very understanding of my financial situation so they worked around that to get the care that my kittie needed today. I will definitely be back with him and my other 3 pets to be seen... I wanna add that I was able to use the coupon offered on Facebook for a free visit, it definitely came in handy bc other wise I wouldn't had the money to pay for his med's so I'm extremely grateful for that ��....
