RecommendedI take both my yorkies here. Staff always treats them with such love and care. Today my teacup Mia got her shots and Doctor Kathleen FurthBuckalew and her assistant were extra loving and caring with her. I love banfield and will continue bringing them here for their visits. Brody can be a bit timid at times but not here. I no longer have to walk back in with him. He’s a Mamas boy for sure, but they are kind and conscious of his needs. I feel we’ll be lifetime patients there. Nails are all trimmed! Ty so much for taking care of even the smallest details for us.
Our dog is well taken care of by the entire staff. Great team.
Dr. Thurm is one of the most compassionate and patient Vetrinarians I have ever dealt with. She calmed my nerves when dealing with a rather extensive and costly surgery for my dog. She also set us up with preventative measures so that we hopefully won't have to encounter this problem for my poor little girl again. Thank you!
What happened between these past two years!!?? They tell me to call them with any questions but when you do you get an attitude like you shouldn't call and like they don't care about your pet! Also the last two times I have taken my dog here he has come back with scratches or a rashes. Are they even cleaning the facility's? Plus I noticed mostly the staffed changed... They have really gone down hill...terrible experience yesterday. ....Gonna find another place....they suck. And that is a nice way of saying what I really mean..
I am so pleased with gracies dental work yesterday. The staff kept me in contact all day and sent Gracie home with instructions. I received a phone call first thing this morning asking how pup was. I've been with them for 2 years
