Banfield doesn't really inform you of how their plan works. We got our dog Benny who got one round of shots he needed (he was 2) and we signed up for a plan. Well sadly Benny got out and hit by a car and died about a week later. I called Banfield a few times and got hung up on and put on hold and all. Never to hear from them again about canceling our plan, until today. I was then which informed the few shots hew got came out to over 300$!!! Terrible staff. Front desk employee who was on the shift on Sunday January 21 is absolutely not polite, unprofessional, ignorant and rude. I would suggest the manager to provide a better training for this person and to improve her customer service skills as well as the manner to speak to clients, especially potential clients.(unfortunately I did not take her name). The Drs. and wonderful staff always take exemplary care of my dogs ! Tonight I had an emergency right before they closed and thank goodness they still treated my Bailey . Drs. Wilbourn and Wolbramsky are the best!!! THEY TRUELY CARE !!!
