My girl Bailey loves it here and she hates the vet. Everyone very friendly and talks to you about whatever your concerns are.
We absolutely love Dr Myers. She used to be at another Banfield location and when she became chief of staff we followed her right over. She genuinely cares for your pet. She never rushes you and she takes the time with your pet. She has taken care of our family for six years. The staff is very caring too. They always make us feel welcome and they greet our babies too. Love this hospital!
I love Dr Myers.... she gets on the floor and talks to my girl, she is very honest, yet practical. I am so happy we found her.
I can't thank these guys enough. They truly care for every animal that walks through the doors. Always service with a smile! Their communication is fantastic and I will never go anywhere else!
Bella and I love this location! All the techs are super sweet and helpful, and Dr. Myers is new to us but we really like her! Everyone seems genuinely concerned for Bella's health and always take the time to talk if I call, or to make a last minute appointment. We appreciate everyone's kindness! ❤️
We had an amazing experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Ellicott City, MD! The facility was so clean and customer-friendly. We were very happy to see a children's play area! The staff was very accommodating and made sure that my anxious cat was treated gently. We would definitely recommend this vet to anyone who asks!
