If I could give it 0 Stars, I would. My friend and her boyfriend went in with a beautiful 3 month old puppy named Maxwell. He was seizing in the car ride over to his appointment and they had to keep pulling over because of it. They were 15 minutes late to his appointment and when they showed up with a seizing puppy, the receptionist took one look at the convulsing puppy and refused them service because they were late. Very friendly with your pet and patient.. You can ask as many questions as you want and they don’t rush you.. Been taking my dog there since she was a puppy and it’s 6 years now. I have no complaints..
They don't get to the point of what's wrong or best for your pet, keep doing all different, tests and procedures that are not nessasary, therefore emptying your bank account!!
The people at the desk are rude and unprofessional. The hospital is either understaffed or they over book themselves which leads to long waits during a visit and at checkout. I called to check on my puppy plan and I was interrupted and asked for my number so they could call me back. I had to wait 10 minutes on the phone with the 800 number but got it all straightened out before I was called back by the Staten Island location.
