Unprofessional sarcastic group. Cannot provide the service they claim to. DO NOT TAKE OUT INSURANCE THROUGH BANFIELD. They constantly cancel appointments, even those made months in advance. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!
