Had a terrible expereince at this location- Customer service was unpleasant. I felt that this location was unprofessional and gave no effort to help my situation. I was looking to starting a new membership and decided to bring my business to a different lcoation because of the way things were handled. I will not recommend this place to friends and family. On the side note- The Petsmart side has been great.
Very unprofessional service! The veterinarian took a week to call me back about an issue with my pet. Now I have to take the time to reschedule with a different doctor since I refuse to work with someone with zero professionalism. Dr. Graham is rude, untimely and unprofessional. I am horrified that someone like him is allowed to have direct contact with your clients and pets.
This place is awesome, and affordable. It takes the initial financial anxiety away and replaces it with confidence that you can offer your fur baby proper care. I know she's getting the best from the best, thanks for offering such an awesome service.
We have been with Banfield since getting Hunter. They have been wonderful and Dr. Campbell at the Glendale location is wonderful as is the rest of the staff!
My dog was dealing with 2 major problems that meant he needed to be sedated. Let's just say he isn't a pleasant dog to work with and very stubborn when at the vet. I was reccommended Banfield for the price. So far everybody there have been super helpful and my dog is getting his health issues taken care of. I would at least say give this place a chance.
Still paying for pet insurance on our deceased pet per Banfield's "policy". I'll get to do this for several more months. Customer service in the billing department is less than understanding. For that reason, I will not recommend anyone else to come here. Sorry, vets, I liked you, but this was such a poor experience at the very end that I have a bad taste in my mouth about Banfield.
I want to thank the caring techs & vets at Banfield! I was quoted thousands for a lot less than what they did for my dog today. I am grateful for the care they gave my dog, answered my questions, kept me updated on him & his surgery. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner!
