We love them! Very convenient, never had a bad doctor,and have used them in Texas, California and Texas again for well over ten years.
I am so thankful for this hospital my senior citizen dog is on three medications & needs a fourth and they really took the time to take care of my dog today!
Awful. I had to call 3 times before the vet called me back, annoyed, that I had a question about my dogs diagnosis. I had another question about him getting neutered and I've called 3 times and left a voicemail, and I have not gotten a response, even after the receptionist answered and said Dr Brennan would call me the next day. Good thing my dog isn't on the brink of death. They are so irresponsible and do not care at all about the Health of your dog.
I've been taking Gertrude to Banfield since 1/2013 & Pee Wee since 7/2015. There have been times I thought services were a bit over priced but after research I've found it not only to be in line with the rest of the industry but after considering the perks of membership in their plan it comes in as a good deal. Everyone has always been courteous & helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed would be easier access to the Dr's when you just have a question.
Today we put our 14 year old dog down. A little over a month our 19 year old cat. The staff could not have been more courteous and kind. They didn't rush us, didn't try to do anything extreme to keep her going. I have used Banfield for over 15 years. They ate top notch.
Banfield is awesome. Always friendly and always caring of our fur babies.
I never know which doctor is going to be there, which is unfortunate because I like continuity. I don't think the doctor keeps very good records, because I brought up a subject and they didn't know what I was talking about. Sometimes the front desk people are very informed other times I wonder what they're doing there.
They are ok! I took my dog in to be nutered and to have his hernia repaired, but they only did one and not the other.
