Very friendly staff and doctor. They paid extra attention to my dogs, no rushing and trying to get us out quickly.

Took My cat Zsa Zsa to 24 hr animal emergency in Katy. She was diagnosed with polymetra. A serious infection that causes death . She needed it like now. They wanted over $4,000. I left because could not afford that and felt I could probably get help with a more reasonable price. After searching several places no place could do the surgery right away , until I called Banfield at the west park 610 location. Horrible service! My dog was really sick and they didn't even bother to help her. Now she has passed away. Felt very discriminated due to the fact that as soon as we got there they told us the most expensive price and told us they couldn't do anything. DON'T go there if you want your pet to live.
