This place suck! Period. With paw plan cant get office visit...they want you to drop off! F that! Im done!
Started taking my dog in there in April, had a credit card fraud come May and had to get a new card and was never able to get ahold of their payment stuff to change it over without being put on hold for an hour. Signed up for the puppy payment plan & some how now they’re trying to charge me $479.50 for 5 months of no payment and won’t tell me what all they’re charging me for. I will never take another pet here nor will I refer anyone to go here.
After calling about a service animal that needed to be seen and it was urgent. We were told to bring the patient in we drove 30 miles to get there only to be told that we never called and that they they were booked solid. We showed where we had called the clinic on our cell phone, during the entire 15-minute wait while we were frantically searching on our cell phone for another animal hospital not one other patient came in. I asked for the manager's name and number Heather I'll be giving you a call soon.
Moma Lucy and her 4 babies got excellent care. I'm pleased they were able to better determine the issue with Lucy's ears than the other vet clinic(KAAWS). Other clinic said ear mites and gave her on site meds. But I could tell that didn't help as time went by. She was still bothered by her ears. Banfield says she has an ear infection and gave me meds to give to her according to directions. I'm happy.
